Natural Remedy for Stuffy Noses

You can clear up a stuffy nose fast with this simple remedy.  Place a 1/2-teaspoon-size round ball of Japanese horseradish (wasabi) on your tongue for a few seconds. Japanese horseradish is an antibacterial used to ease sinus infections and colds.

You can also take a couple of  sniffs of regular white or purple horseradish a couple times a day. Just be sure you are not too close, since the smell can be quite strong.

Another remedy is to breath in the steam from equal parts slowly boiling natural apple cider vinegar and water. This is very effective in clearing up congestion in the sinuses.

Please let us know about your success using this remedy by posting your results in our forum.
