Allergies
I have always had very bad outdoor allergies. However, I do not like taking over the counter allergy medications. I have found raw local honey to be very helpful. Last spring, I began taking about 1-2 tsps. in my tea each morning. After only a week my allergies had greatly improved. This should be done year round to build up immunities. I get my honey from my health food store. You can also try to find a beekeeper near you.
Adding a few simple fruits and vegetables to your diet can help a lot. Eating quercitin rich foods greatly reduces allergies. Quercitin is a natural antihistamine. Some quercitin rich foods are green cabbage, spinach, garlic, grapefruit, apples, cranberries, kale, pears, grapes, and onions.
You should also eat foods that are rich in vitamin C, such as, red cabbage, potatoes, strawberries, tangerines, mandarins, red bell peppers, oranges, and kiwi fruit.
