Flaxseed Oil Health Benefits

Flax Seed Oil contains omega-6 and omega-9 essential fatty acids, protein, zinc, potassium, B vitamins, lecithin, magnesium, fiber,   and  more omega-3 oils than fish oil. Reasearchers say flaxseed oil may be a more important health supplement than a multi-vitamin.

Cut out all hydrogenated oils and partially hydrogenated oils. 2. Add the right oils to your diet such as flaxseed oil and coconut oil. Flaxseed oil cannot be heated, however coconut oil can be reasonably heated and used for frying. 3. Cut out all refined products, especially refined sugars. Do a search on Dr. Johanna Budwig. She was one of the worlds leading expers on oils and fats. She also has an excellent cookbook with easy recipes using flaxseed oil and coconut oil that you can purchase on amazon.com. Dr. Budwig successfully cured cancer and other diseases with a special flaxseed oil/cottage cheese recipe. This was truly an amazing woman. She died in 2003 at the age of 95.
